Here’s how your donation could help
£16 could allow an isolated older person to speak regularly on the phone with a friendly volunteer, breaking up their lonely week.
£28 could help support a lonely older person to join a monthly tea party, so they can enjoy the company of others.
£55 could support an older person to attend a gentle exercise group every month, helping them stay active and independent for longer.
