Remaining active as we get older helps us stay healthy and maintain our independence.

Thanks to funding from the Welsh government, during the pandemic we launched our weekly online activity sessions for our 75+ activity guests in Wales.  Feedback has shown the significant impact of the sessions on the physical and mental wellbeing of our guests.

With the easing of social restrictions, in August we launched our face to face inclusive exercise sessions in Wales.  The groups include: dance, chair yoga, general activities tai chi and more.  Each session lasts 60 minutes and is followed by a cup of tea and a chance to get to know others in a relaxed and familiar setting.

Our face to face sessions take place in Cardiff, Llanelli and Newport.
